How to book

The best way to book a place on one of our events is by phone, this allows you to check space availability on the event of your choice. Bookings can also be made by email, or post.

If booking by email, please note that we do not have a secure connection so please do not put credit card details on the email — we will contact you by phone to arrange payment of your deposit. Once this is received, we can then confirm your booking.

All of our events have quite small numbers at each event and so we advise booking early to secure the date and venue of your choice.

We here at Experience Seminars consider the personal touch to be paramount even in today’s e-commerce driven world. Which is why we have switched from using a web form to gather details of bookings, to simply asking you to phone us instead. Don’t worry, you won’t end up lost in a call-centre. You’ll be straight through to one of our staff, who will introduce you to our courses and even inform you of whether there’s any last-minute offers or even very last-minute cancellations that might free up a couple of spaces on an otherwise fully-booked date. It’s always worth a call!

If you’d prefer to book by email, please don’t include any financial information, such as your credit card details in your email — simply let us know when and where we can phone you back and we’ll return a call to sort out your further booking details.

Your email address (Please check that you give us a correct working one, in case we need to contact you — don’t worry, it will remain confidential.)
Your full postal address
If you are a subscriber of a magazine where a discount is offered or have any discount vouchers towards the cost of the course please tell us.
It will also assist our marketing if you could tell us where you heard about us.

Written confirmation will be sent to you by post within two working days
A £50 deposit is due immediately for each course booked
The full amount of a course is due immediately if it is booked within 28 days of the event
An invoice will be sent approximately 10 weeks prior to the event for any balance which is due for payment at the latest by 28 days prior to the event
Payment can be made by cheque or credit/debit card for both the deposit and the balance
Please call us by phone with your details, on receipt of your written confirmation, if you wish to pay by debit or credit card
Courses are only held provisionally until a deposit is paid

Terms and conditions

A non refundable booking fee of £50 is payable at the time of booking for each course. This is required to be paid at the time of booking by credit or debit card. We cannot hold provisional spaces without this payment. The booking will not be confirmed until this booking fee is received. Payment can be made by credit or debit card. If you have to cancel a booking for any reason then this must be confirmed in writing by letter or e-mail.

The balance of payment is due a minimum of 28 days prior to the event. Payment can be made by credit or debit card. Any cancellation made less than 28 days before the event is non refundable.

If unforeseen circumstances require you to transfer a booking more than 28 days before an event then an administration fee of £10 is payable to cover the costs involved in the transfer. If a booking is transferred between 28 and 8 days before an event then an administration fee of £50 is payable to cover the administration and non attendance costs. If a booking is transferred or cancelled within 7 days before an event the full course costs are still payable unless we are able to resell the space in which case the £50 fee will apply.

All one to one and special group training events are payable at the time of the event confirmation unless credit facilities have been applied for and approved.

We reserve the right to cancel any event for any reason. If this happens all fees will be refunded but no other claims will be considered.
