A very special trip to this very unique part of the world aboard a 96ft, 16 berth schooner. The trip is customised to allow the maximum possible amount of time for photographing and watching the wildlife. All the eight double occupancy cabins have on suite facilities and air conditioning.

The trip in total will be 20 days of which 15 will be spent aboard the schooner Cachalote allowing plenty of time for walking and exploring the islands along with swimming and snorkelling with giant turtles, sea lions, sharks, penguins and multi coloured fish in abundance.

This new and powerful boat will allow us to include some of the more far flung islands in our itinerary which are not offered by other operators using larger vessels. The 14 guests will be accompanied by an Experience Seminars lecturer who will be on hand throughout the trip to help with all aspects of your photography.

The Galapagos has a wealth of wildlife, much of which is unique to the islands and which is remarkably approachable allowing for some superb photography. The islands inspired Charles Darwin in 1835 and continue to be a magnet to scientists from all over the world studying the evolution of animals. It’s world heritage status shows how important these islands are. We will be visiting sites on many of the islands which are home to a vast range of animals and birds.

If you are thinking of the Galapagos then this has to be the very best way to see and photograph the wildlife. We will ensure the maximum time on land and as a small group you will not be subject to the restrictions of a large cruise vessel.
