Dietary requirements and allergies

If you have specific dietary requirements and especially if you are allergic to specific foods, it is appreciated if you could let us know at the time of booking and not on the day at the event. Some of the locations that we use may not be able to fully comply with all allergy requirements as some have very basic catering arrangements. If there is going to be a problem we will endeavour to let you know so that you can bring suitable alternatives yourself.

Please note if attending one of our in house events at Huntingdon, we are in a rural location and the nearest shop where we can buy special dietary items is several miles away. Therefore although we are very happy to cater for any special requirements you may have, we have to know in advance and not on the day of the event as it is not practical to just go and buy it as needed.
