How to book
The best way to book a place on one of our events is by
phone, this allows you to check space availability on the event of your choice. Bookings can also be made by email, or post.
If booking by email, please note that we do not have a secure connection so please do not put credit card details on the email — we will contact you by phone to arrange payment of your deposit. Once this is received, we can then confirm your booking.
All of our events have quite small numbers at each event and so we advise booking early to secure the date and venue of your choice.

Photo Shoot Experiences are opportunities for photographers to get to locations often not normally accessible to the public or where we can provide a special environment for a day’s practical photography. We look at the techniques required for shooting in that environment throughout the day and there is a 15 page colour handout issued on the day which covers all the material that we will be going through at the events.
To get the most from the day delegates would ideally have a good knowledge of their camera at the level of the making the most of your digital EOS events.
Normally two Experience Seminar lecturers are on hand with up to 14 delegates at an event to help and advise with your photography.
Experience and activity
To ensure that all delegates get the maximum benefit from our Photo Shoot events we are adding a recommended experience level and activity level for each event. In this way you can ensure that the event is suitable for your needs.
Unlike our seminars which are presented in a controlled environment these events take place outdoors and
as such the activity levels and accessibility will vary from event to event. We try to make as many events as we
can accessible to photographers of all mobility levels however some events are unsuitable for either disabled
photographers or those who find walking on uneven, or uphill, terrain difficult.
Please check the activity level on each event as detailed in the accompanying dates and venues booklet
if you have any mobility concerns and if in doubt please call us to discuss. For health and safety reasons if
you are attending any event as a disabled person then we need to know in advance so that any necessary
arrangements can be made beforehand.

good photographic opportunities of both static and if we are lucky birds in
flight.
