How to book

The best way to book a place on one of our events is by phone, this allows you to check space availability on the event of your choice. Bookings can also be made by email, or post.

If booking by email, please note that we do not have a secure connection so please do not put credit card details on the email — we will contact you by phone to arrange payment of your deposit. Once this is received, we can then confirm your booking.

All of our events have quite small numbers at each event and so we advise booking early to secure the date and venue of your choice.

You can subscribe to (or unsubscribe from) our mailing list — it’s quite easy! Here is the link to the mailing list sign-up page.

To subscribe:

— simple as 1, 2, 3! (but don’t forget to reply to the confirmation email it sends you when you sign up)

Terms and conditions

A non refundable booking fee of £50 is payable at the time of booking for each course. This is required to be paid at the time of booking by credit or debit card. We cannot hold provisional spaces without this payment. The booking will not be confirmed until this booking fee is received. Payment can be made by credit or debit card. If you have to cancel a booking for any reason then this must be confirmed in writing by letter or e-mail.

The balance of payment is due a minimum of 28 days prior to the event. Payment can be made by credit or debit card. Any cancellation made less than 28 days before the event is non refundable.

If unforeseen circumstances require you to transfer a booking more than 28 days before an event then an administration fee of £10 is payable to cover the costs involved in the transfer. If a booking is transferred between 28 and 8 days before an event then an administration fee of £50 is payable to cover the administration and non attendance costs. If a booking is transferred or cancelled within 7 days before an event the full course costs are still payable unless we are able to resell the space in which case the £50 fee will apply.

All one to one and special group training events are payable at the time of the event confirmation unless credit facilities have been applied for and approved.

We reserve the right to cancel any event for any reason. If this happens all fees will be refunded but no other claims will be considered.
